Door-to-Door Orders:

  2. Delivery Time: Door-to-door orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days after order processing depending location.

  3. Delivery Confirmation: Our delivery team will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

International Orders:

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to process international orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Charlotte Evelyn Sloan Books, we want you to be delighted with your prairie book purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
